  • Communications — the contents of emails, support tickets, chat messages, and call recordings

Sensitive Information

We share information with Integrity Cap, IntegriTech.ai, and other entities under common ownership for fulfilling your eligibility analysis, matching you with lenders, and processing your loan application.

5.2 With Lenders and Banking Partners

We share your information with our network of 75+ banking and lending partners to match you with appropriate financing programs.

5.3 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, document storage, and marketing platforms.

5.4 With Marketing and Advertising Partners

We use Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and similar networks to deliver advertising and measure campaign performance using cookies, pixels, and hashed identifiers.

5.5 For Legal and Safety Reasons

Because Business Eligibility provides financial products and services, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"). We provide customers with a privacy notice describing what nonpublic personal information we collect, how we share it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share.

Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for business owners and authorized representatives 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for U.S. business owners. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We do not currently offer Services to residents outside the United States.
